30 Day Photo Challenge: Day FOURTEEN

Day Fourteen: Architecture

Architecture

My favorite place to shoot is downtown Chicago. I lived in the suburbs for 11 years, and loved having the option of going into the city. Where I live now is beautiful, but the city girl in me will always long for big buildings, amazing museums, and yes – even traffic jams. This shot was taken a few years ago when I attended a photography convention in Chicago. Now, whenever I think of architecture, this photo is the first one that comes to mind. I think it will always be my favorite.

Hmmmm……. time for a road trip?! Not sure I could do Georgia to Chicago with 6 kids!

I’m running behind, and I can certainly understand your city inspiring you. My hometown, Sydney, is one of massive inspiration for me. My adopted city, Singapore, has some amazing structures as well.
