Remember when I posted about Clorox & What to Expect teaming up? Well, now they’ve taken that relationship one step further, and they now have an Addendum to the What to Expect: Guide to a Healthy Home. Now, you can download a What to Expect: Healthy Home Growth Chart, and know what to expect at every age – through the first 5 years.
Mom Central asked if I would check out the What to Expect: Healthy Home Growth Chart and share my thoughts with you. Since I loved the What to Expect: Guide to a Healthy Home guide so much, I was more than happy to see what the growth chart was all about!
From the What to Expect: Healthy Home Growth Chart:
Ready? Set. Grow! As you watch your little one grow from cuddly newborn to energetic preschooler, you probably can’t help but marvel at all the changes going on. My how tall he’s grown! Can you believe how many words she’s using? Check out that pitcher’s arm! What a beautiful finger-painting masterpiece! With so much growing going on, you’ll want to provide the best possible environment for your child to play, learn, and develop in. Wondering where to start? How about with a healthier and safer home for every stage of growth!
I love how Heidi goes through and gives tips for every stage of your baby’s life: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and then from years 1 – 5. She’s got great tips for every stage. They’re easy to follow, and you aren’t going to have to overhaul your life just to make things a little healthier. It’s an excellent resource, and something that every mom should download.
Here’s my favorite tip:
If you’re out and about in the family car often (and who isn’t?), keep it as healthy as your home by wiping down the steering wheel and door handles often
with a disinfecting cleaner or wipe.
Since we live in the boonies and have to drive, (sometimes for hours), to get anywhere, I can’t believe I didn’t think of this tip myself. Sure, I deep-clean my car every 6 months or so. After all, one can only stand the smell of that sippy cup full of rotten milk that rolled who knows where for so long. But, I never, ever thought about the number of germs on the steering wheel and door handles! Now, I keep a tube of disinfectant wipes in the center console, just for easy – and frequent! – access.
Head over to the Clorox website and download the What to Expect: Healthy Home Growth Chart by clicking here. (It’s in the right hand column.)
And, you can also download the full What to Expect: Guide to a Healthy Home on that same page. (It’s at the bottom of the page in the left column) If you haven’t read my thoughts on the full guide, click here.
And, guess what? Both downloads are FREE. Chock full of tips for every stage of your child’s life, these are two excellent resources to have on hand! I highly recommend that all moms download and refer to both guides. I’m thankful I have!
Thanks to Mom Central for letting me spread the word about the What to Expect® Healthy Home Growth Chart.
