Color Some Fun this Halloween with @Colortimecrafts #Giveaway

This Giveaway will end October 20 at 12:01am so that your prize will arrive with plenty of time left before Halloween.

You all know how much I love Halloween. There’s nothing more fun that going door to door to collect candy and get scared out of your wits while doing it.

Every year, my kids need a new bag to carry their Halloween candy in. Usually, we just stop at the local store, grab a cheap bag, and the rest of the night is spent picking up candy that falls out of those cheap bags.

Not this year! Colortime sent me 4 bags that the kids could color and decorate themselves. Let me tell you, this is one new tradition that I’m certain we will be carrying on with for many Halloweens to come. My kids had such a ball doing this project. They sat at the kitchen table together, and they couldn’t stop complimenting the colors and designs everyone was coming up with. There was no fighting, no yelling, just blissful sounds of siblings getting along that every mom loves to hear.

For the review, we received 4 Halloween tote bags and 1 pack of Bold Fabric Markers. The tote bags are amazing. I love how thick and sturdy they are. There won’t be any lost Halloween candy this year, that’s for sure. The fabric markers were also great. They’re thick markers, perfect for even little hands to grasp, but the point of the marker is thin enough to allow my artistic 8 year old the ability to color in detail in the smallest areas on the bag. The design of the Halloween bag is cute – not scary and perfect for boys or girls.  The fabric markers were so easy to use on the bags. No bleeding through, no smudging, and no pushing-so-hard-your-arm-feels-like-it’s-gonna-fall-off. Even my almost 3 year old had absolutely no trouble coloring and decorating his bag. The only thing I would have done differently if I had been purchasing these products is that I would have also purchased the economy pack of primary color markers to give us a few more colors.

Here are the results of the bags:

Aren’t they cute?!

My kids and I all had so much fun with this project, and I am definitely going to be buying more tote bags next year. On the littler kids’ bags, I put their name and the year. Now we can watch how their coloring skills improve year after year with future tote bags. It’ll be a fun keepsake for them to hold onto throughout the year as well.

I would highly recommend Colortime to any parent, teacher, Sunday School teacher, Vacation Bible School, Scout troop, or individual that needs creative crafts for kids. I am super impressed with their products, and I’m so thankful for the opportunity to work with them on this campaign.

Thanks to the kind folks at Colortime, I get to give one lucky reader a set of 4 Halloween Treat Bags and a set of Fabric Markers. {US only, please!}
