I’m on Day 2 of no soda and no junk food, and I must.avoid.pinterest. All those sugary recipes are about to do me in. But, I’m doing pretty well. I got up this morning, ate some yogurt and then walked a mile on the treadmill. Slowly but surely, I know I can do this. I just need to lose 9 pounds.
I can do this. I know I can.
