Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse Test Drive Follow Up

Last month, I posted about the fact that I’m participating in the Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse Test Drive and that I would be making some changes to my daily dental care routine. After brushing twice a day, I’ve been using Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse. Now, I’m going to give you my thoughts on the Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse and let you know how it’s worked for me.

I have to be honest. I hated the taste of it at first. It took me a full 2 weeks of using the rinse morning and night before I could get used to it. But, you must also remember that I’m pregnant. There’s not much that actually tastes “right” right now.

I also have to say that I have noticed a real difference in the way my teeth feel. After just a couple of days of using the Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse, I noticed that my teeth never felt “slimey.” Do you know what I mean? When even after brushing for a full 2 minutes, your teeth still feel like they have some kind of film on them. That film is gone. My mouth feels fresh and clean all day long. I’ve even noticed that my morning breath isn’t near as funky as it used to be. Boy, is that an added bonus!

My husband also used the Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse, and he also said that he noticed a real difference in the way his mouth feels. He never complained about the taste, and simply mentioned that he liked that it didn’t burn like the rinses with alcohol, but it still felt like working. When he forgot to use it one morning, he said that he noticed it all day long. He didn’t feel better about it until he was able to brush his teeth that evening. The changes it’s made are just that obvious.

Overall, we both feel like the Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse has made a positive difference in our daily dental care routine, and we will both continue to use it daily.

If you’re unhappy with your current mouthwash, or if you’re looking for the right rinse to add to your dental care routine, I would definitely recommend Crest Pro-Health Complete Rinse to you. I’m so glad I had the opportunity to test it out. It’s been a great experience, and it can only lead to better dental health. Maybe my next dental cleaning won’t be as bad as I thought.
