Don’t Fret the Sweat {Awesome Beach Giveaway}

We are really lucky to live just a few minutes from the lake. A few years ago, the town took a section of the lake and turned it into an amazing little get-away spot. There’s a beach with gorgeous white sand, lots of pavilions, and a playground for the kids. We love going there and getting away from everything for a few hours.
Yesterday, we started packing up to head to the beach with some friends from church. All of a sudden, there was a knock at the door. It was FedEx with a great big box addressed to me.
I opened the box, and I was blown away by what was inside!

There are SO many reasons WHY I want to win! I live close to the beach, so I can DEFINITELY use the bag, ball, water bottle and the sunscreen there! And we go through a lot of deodorant and moisturizer during the hot Florida summer – so winning those would be fantastic, too! But I am personally MOST excited about the iPod because I am the only person I know who DOESN’T have one! I’d take it to the beach, on my daily walks — heck, I’d even fall asleep to it! We are hoping to head to the beach this summer (okay, well, end of August). I think this would be perfect for the whole family.
I never could afford a camper though my sons and I loved to camp. When I became a grandmother I decided time was passing too quickly so I sold my house and bought a camper to live in full time so I could have a place at the lake for my grandsons. I sold everything I owned for the camper, but I’ve been richer than ever this summer. God blessed me with this idea! Every few weeks I write my grandsons letters, for when they’re older, about our time at the lake so they know that long after mimi is gone how much our time together means to me.
