EEEK!!!

No, I didn’t see a mouse. It’s something SO much worse than that!

Tonight at church, I found my first wrinkle. Right smack dab in the middle of my forehead. I think I might die.

Ok, ok, so a wrinkle isn’t really cause for death, but MAN. This stinks! I hit 30 and I’m just falling apart! And now I have a wrinkle. Good Lord in heaven. SO not what I needed this week.

We went back to church tonight for night 2 of our revival. Funny, because everything he preached on was exactly what Sabrina and I had talked about last night, and exactly what Gene and I have been talking about for the past few days. I put it all on the altar tonight, and I’m giving God full control. I can’t fix this, Gene can’t fix this, heck, we can’t even fix it together. BUT, HE can, and we just have to trust that He will be faithful as He has always been.

I’m also going to be calling the doctor’s office first thing in the morning. The swelling is at the point where it has me worried. My feet are SO big, and my calves are swollen to the point that they can’t get any bigger. It hurts to walk, it hurts to stand, and it just looks gross. One lady at church tonight told me that I could have a blood clot in my leg and that’s why it looks like it does. She couldn’t quit talking about how bad it looks. I’m telling you… it’s GROSS. So, I’m going to call the office tomorrow and see if there’s anything I can do to relieve it. I’ve tried propping my legs up, but that hurts even worse and doesn’t do a lick of good. I’m hoping she can give some real answers to what’s going on. I would just wait until my next appointment, but that’s not until next Thursday. So, I figure a phone call won’t hurt. I’ll keep you posted!

AND, I survived my first day homeschooling Ashley and Zander. They both did really great. I was really nervous about taking this on, but if the next 179 days go as well as today did, we’re going to be just fine.

Hope everything is good with everyone else. Oh, and if you know of any good wrinkle cream… well, I’d love to hear about it. Better attack this one before more show up!!

hey princess! It may be that your one your fifth pregnacy you know… several of myfriends had similiar issues and wore tights (killer in August) to keep from swelling. Don’t listen to scary things like blood clots unless she is a nurse!!! Do you do that pelvic rock excersise? Where you get on your hands and knees and rock your hips? Try it in the morning and at night to see if it offers any relief at all… do as many as you can stand to do… also sometimes sleeping with a pillow under your knees to straighten out your legs and not squish your veins can help… and if you know a good chiropractor run to them!!!
    Best wishes with that.
Cream… come on over… we’ve got two that knock your wrinkles right back in time. RE9 set is completely good for you and anti-aging – try the night creme or the day and night moisturizer or even the serum (they call it a face lift in a bottle!)
and the other is “Intelligence” special products, rejuvenating cream. My personal favorite. I will work with you as much as possible on prices…

Yeah- don’t listen to her- I’d say even if she is a nurse.
The only people you should listen to are your doctor and yourself (your instincts).
I didn’t have as much swelling as you, but towards the end I did have the ever so cute square ankles. Because of this, I had a few people tell me I could have eclampsia. (I didn’t).
