My Review of Everlast Energy Bars
I recently had the opportunity to test out the Everlast Energy Bars for myself. They sent me one of each flavor, but I could only test out the Peanut Butter Crunch for myself. I had to let Ashley test out the other two, because I have a severe allergy to walnuts. I picked a day that I absolutely didn’t want to work out – and I didn’t have to wait long. Most days, I feel burnt out, and just don’t have the motivation to work out, even though it’s something I need to do.

I opened the Peanut Butter Crunch bar, and couldn’t believe how good it looked. But with all of the “good” stuff packed inside, it couldn’t taste good, right? Wrong. It was like eating a candy bar – really, only it had a different texture than a normal candy bar. It was very good, and I really enjoyed it. I started working out, and I noticed that soon I did have more energy.

Since Ashley often works out with me, I let her try one of the other bars. She opted for the Oatmeal Raisin Walnut bar. She said that she wished it didn’t have the walnuts in it, (me too, me too!), but that otherwise it tasted really great. She too, seemed to have much more energy during that workout, and we pushed each other to work harder. I even did an extra 20 minutes on weights. I’d say that was a good workout, wouldn’t you?

Overall, I’m quite impressed with the Everlast Energy Bars and will be making them a regular addition to my workouts. At only $2.00 per bar, they’re a great tasting way to gain some much-needed energy for this busy mom of 5.
