This week, our follow worthy blog is Lori of Prim ‘n Purdy. I’ve gotten to know Lori quite well though MUIB, and she has become a dear friend to me. I know that whenever I need a friend, someone to talk to, or someone to pray about something, I can go to her. She gives of herself to so many others, and never asks for anything in return. She truly is an amazing woman.
Here’s what Lori has to say about herself:
“A work in Progress” – Jeremiah 29:11-13. I am a wife for 24+ years to my best friend, mom to 4 wonderful children, 2 daughter in laws, 1 son in law and Mamaw to 3 beautiful granddaughters. I am a Christian Homeschooling Mama to our special needs daughter. I am a creative person who loves the flexibility of running a small corporation while also being able to help others realize their potential and reach their dreams. I love to make and sell gift and home decor products through Prim ‘n Purdy. Prim ‘n Purdy is the Country Shoppe filled with Handmade Treasures. You’ll love our Back to Basics Style with a Cherish your MOMents Attitude! I am a maker of HandMade Primitives, Bath/Body Products and SoyLites and Primitive Candles. I blog about All Things Primitive and Country, Small Towns and Midwest Living. I am a Collector of Country and Primitives and I love a really good Latte or Starbucks Iced Caramel Macchiato.”
Not only do I think you should follow Prim ‘n Purdy’s blog because Lori is such a good friend of mine, I think you should follow it because of what she has to say. She is an excellent writer, and pours her heart and soul into each post. This month, she has started posting some fall-themed posts, and she’s actually the one that inspired me to create a new fall theme for my blog. Her posts got me so excited about fall that I decided I needed to do something.
So, go check out the Prim ‘n Purdy blog and see what Lori inspires you to do. And if she does inspire you, take a moment to become a follower. You’ll quickly become a fan of Lori and all that she stands for.
Lori – thank you first of all for being such a wonderful friend. You mean the world to me. And secondly, thank you for your inspiring, uplifting, and just plain wonderful posts. You’re an inspiration. You are more than welcome to put this button on your blog if you’d like!
