Look What Daddy Did!

A few weeks ago, I posted that Parker had gotten his first haircut. It was already starting to grow out, and I knew hubby was itching to take the clippers to Parker’s head.

On Saturday, I left hubby at home with the 4 younger kids, and Ashley and I went to my Pastor & his wife’s 50th Anniversary celebration. As I’m standing in the fellowship hall, I get a text message: “I cut Parker’s hair off. Wait until you see it.”

OMG! He cut his hair? How much? And what did he mean that he cut it off? What was I going to come home to? Did I even want to know?

I didn’t respond to the message. I couldn’t. I was so worried that I was going to hate it.

After the celebration was over, we headed home, my stomach completely in knots.

This is what I came home to….

Even I have to admit it’s pretty cute! He looks so grown up!

Hubby said Parker did great with the clippers. He laughed the entire time he was getting his hair cut.

Hubby lucked out this time. The haircut is cute, so I can’t be too hard on him. At least not for this. Maybe for scaring the life out of me with that text message, though!

Oh my gosh, he looks so adorable! I just can't believe how grown up he's getting. Sigh. It just goes too fast. I hope all goes well for the big party!! Your invitations look so cute.
