My nose is swollen…

And I’m not talking a little bit swollen, either. I’m talking, my nose is freaking HUGE.

For the past few days, I have had the worst sinus cold going on. Snot, sneezing, stuffed up head, low grade fever. Just all around miserable. (Ask anyone who saw me at church tonight. I look like I don’t feel well and haven’t slept in weeks.)

Well, I noticed on Monday that my nose had swollen. Really, really big. So, what do I do? I jump online and google “swollen nose during pregnancy.”

Luckily, everything I read said that this is perfectly normal. Women produce more blood during pregnancy, and sometimes it can settle in the nose. Gross. BUT, I also read that once the baby is born, my nose should go back to normal rather quickly. WHEW.

I’m constantly amazed at how different this pregnancy is from all of my other ones. All the new things I’m experiencing and this is #5! They weren’t kidding when they said “no two pregnancies are the same!”

As long as my nose goes back to normal, I’ll be ok… cuz this is pretty awful! I’ll just warn you now for my 30 week belly shot coming up on Friday! 😉 You may not notice my belly for my nose!
