As a mom of 6, and with another little one on the way, my well-being is so important to me. You are all aware that just before I got pregnant this time, I worked hard and lost 40 pounds. I still have a long way to go, but it's been put on hold until after the baby is born. However, that does not mean my health and wellness has been put on hold. I want to be healthy, not only for myself, but for the many others I have in my life.
