The Infantino Right Angle Tummy Triangle Makes Tummy Time Fun {Review}

Over the years, I’ve tried lots of different tools and ideas to encourage tummy time fun for my kids. I’ve been lucky that most of my kids loved tummy time. Lucy is the only one that hated it. Really hated it.tummy triangle

I wish the Infantino Right Angle Tummy Triangle had been around when she was in infant. I definitely think it would have made tummy time more enjoyable for her.

Gage loves tummy time, and he loves his Tummy Triangle. He is rapidly outgrowing it, though, so I don’t think we’ll be able to use the actual triangle part much longer. Right now his favorite thing to do is try to roll off off the side of the Triangle. He finds it absolutely hysterical. I find it terrifying. So, I don’t think we’ll be able to use it much longer. We’ve gotten a ton of use out of it in the few weeks we’ve had it.

There are several features of the Infantino Right Angle Tummy Triangle that I love:

  • The musical timer. With 1, 5, and 10 minute settings, it’s super easy to keep track of exactly how long baby spends on their tummy.
  • The crinkly bee and peek-a-boo mirror encourage baby to lift their head and reach. And, both are detachable, so play time can extend far past tummy time. {The toys attach to the car seat and the side of the crib, so Gage will be able to use these long after he’s done with the Tummy Triangle.}
  • 3 different positions for the bar – that makes this toy great to use from birth.
  • The fabric pad on the Tummy Triangle is machine washable. Love, love, love that, because without fail, every time I put Gage on his tummy, he spits up. Every time.

Babies need tummy time – that’s a proven fact. The sturdy, softly padded Right Angle Tummy Triangle is a unique, fun way to encourage tummy time for any infant. It’s been a hit around here with Gage, and I’d definitely use it again if we had another baby. {Big if!}

Take a look at Infantino’s new commercial for the Right Angle Tummy Triangle: Right Angle Tummy Triangle Commercial {I’m sorry I can’t embed it. It’s been disabled for this video. But please take a moment to hop over and check it out. It’s totally worth it.}

If you took the time to watch, you can see that it’s such a fun little commercial. The commercial shows that the Right Angle Tummy Triangle encourages fun tummy time play from birth on up. It also encourages one-on-one time with mom and baby: another feature that I love.

Currently, the Infantino Right Angle Tummy Triangle is available to purchase at Babies”R”Us both online and in stores for around $34.99, and for preorder at Amazon.com for $39.99. {It’s available to purchase from Amazon on September 29th.}
