I often talk on here about how I purchase a lot of gluten free products. My son Jace thrives on a gluten free diet, and so I do my best to keep his gluten intake to a minimum.
And I need all the help in the world to make that happen.
This book tells you everything you need to know about purchasing gluten free products. The symbols beside each product listed are easy to understand, and the lists in the book are easy to follow and make it simple to find exactly what products you need.
The guide covers more than 44,000 products and helps eliminate so many of the challenges that come with gluten free shopping. It also has several pages of tips to help with grocery shopping such as picking a grocery store, pitfalls to avoid, and more. It also explains labels on products, how to use the product list in the guide, defines the symbols listed in the book, and explains some of the limitations of the guide.
This is by far the most comprehensive, easy to follow, absolute best guide I have found to help aid with gluten free shopping. I am so impressed with how detailed and full of information this book really is.
If you are living gluten free, if you are trying to start, or even if you are just thinking about trying more gluten free items, I highly recommend this book. I keep my copy inside my reusable bags so that I have it every time I enter the grocery store. I have my favorite items circled, and I’ve written the aisle number beside my favorite items. It has cut my shopping time in half. I love it!
It is an excellent value, and a must have book for any GF family.
